What roles does Dinease support for restaurant staff?

Dinease supports five roles: Customer, Restaurant Owner, Floor Manager, Cashier, and Chef. Owners have full access to menu, order and feedback management. Floor Managers can manage and view all orders, feedback and surveys. Cashiers handle billing and end-of-shift reconciliation. Chefs see only the order details they need to cook and serve.

Can a customer become a restaurant owner on the same account?

Yes. Any Dinease customer can upgrade their account to a restaurant owner at any time and manage their own venue without losing their existing customer access.
